Great food, overall straightforward and nice place.

Nice building and rooms even with the large settee. Bonus point for an iron with ironing board, a work desk, and an electric kettle. Favourable, excellant location in a quiet area.

It was restful stay, I greatly enjoyed fine food.

The hotel's position was marvellous, near to excellent walking paths, restaurants and supermarkets and the penguin parade and koala conservation.

Travelled with my kids, spent 1 night here and had a such great stay. Great food for breakfast, loved it. I didn't have time, so I would come here again.

The rooms were well-designed, comfortable, and spacious.

Amazing efficiency of staff .we had a leaky toilet which was sorted while we were out at penguin show. Breakfast given to compensate. Hope u managed to solve problem longterm

Great staff, great location, close to promonade and the places to eat, cafes and resteraunts, comfortable and realy clean room. i would deffinatly stay there again.

The staff were pleasant. I enjoyed my nicely refurbished room. The location was fab for exploring the shopping area. Not far from the foreshore, restaurants, shops, beach, and restaurants.

We had a gorgeous and exceptionally nice breakfast with special coffee. The location couldn't be more magnificent and ideal, so close to everything. It's right by Phillip Island and Tropicana accommodation and the chocolate factory, and close to the center of Cowes. 

The hotel was situated in the central location on Philip island. Thank you for a really nice stay, loved it...

Convenient central location, very close to shops, beach and restaurants and cafes, the beach areas and centre of town.

I had a lovely one-night stay with exceptional staff at this place.

The bed was spacious and the room was separate, the location close to Phillip Island was excellent, and the surroundings were pleasantly quiet.

The food at the restaurant is pretty good. The breakfast they serve is really nice, with yummy yogurt, fresh fruit juice, and a comforting hot chocolate. 🥣

i really enjoyed the fashionable room and reasonably spacious bathroom.
